At The Pilates Collective, our team of friendly, knowledgeable instructors is here to help you feel right at home and fully committed to your success.

With Pilates, you’ll feel the benefits beyond the studio—more energy, less pain, better flexibility, and strength that you can see and feel. Our goal? If you’re new to Pilates, we’d love to chat about your goals and help you find the best path, whether it’s private sessions or group classes.

Our Private Session Intro Series is a fantastic place to start:

  • Session 1 introduces the core Pilates principles and movement fundamentals.

  • Session 2 gets you comfortable on the Reformer.

  • Session 3 familiarizes you with the Tower, so you’re ready to dive into group classes with confidence.

ESSENTIALS PILATES CLASSES

  • Feel good from the inside out with ESSENTIALS, a 50-minute class that syncs breath and movement while grounding you in Pilates fundamentals. This slow, intentional full-body flow builds strength, stability, and flexibility, making it ideal for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners.
    In ESSENTIALS, you'll move with intention and awareness, improving mobility, relieving tension, and building strength through proper form. This is the class everyone can benefit from — whether you’re a Pilates newbie, an athlete looking to enhance flexibility, or simply seeking a mindful, restorative practice.

  • Beginner Friendly. Modifications offered for injury recovery, prenatal clients, and seniors.

SIGNATURE PILATES CLASSES

  • Welcome to our SIGNATURE class, where you’ll find all the things we love about traditional Pilates. In this satisfying 50-minute class, expect a comprehensive, full-body workout that embodies the core principles of Pilates. We’ll focus on deep muscle engagement, proper alignment, and fluid movement across all planes of motion, aiming to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness.
    This class is perfect for Pilates enthusiasts wanting to refine their technique and deepen their practice with a total mind-body connection.

  • Intermediate

DYNAMIC PILATES CLASSES

  • For when you want to feel the burn in all the right places, DYNAMIC is your go-to class. This 50-minute full-body sculpting session fuses everything you love about Pilates with strength and conditioning. Expect controlled movements, heavy resistance, and challenging choreography to sculpt and define your muscles, all while staying true to Pilates principles of alignment and core engagement.
    This high-intensity class pushes you to your limits, builds muscle, tones, and leaves you feeling empowered. Be prepared to work hard, see results, and walk out stronger.

Meet The Owner

Rachael Bridgens

Hello! I’m Rachael, and I’m so happy you’re here! I’m a classically trained, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, specializing in sports-specific and pre/postnatal Pilates. Sharing my passion as a Pilates Educator is what I love most—teaching teachers truly lights me up, and I’m committed to providing the very best continuing education for my amazing team.

I hold a B.A. from Chapman University in Southern California and started my career in corporate sales. After years of intense travel and long hours, I found myself burned out and landed in a Pilates studio to recharge. By 2013, I’d left the corporate grind behind and jumped full-time into fitness—trading burnout for balance, but keeping the travel! Now, I get to blend my love of Pilates and adventure by hosting Pilates retreats around the world.

In 2023, I became the owner of Body Precision, the first Pilates studio on the Main Line and a true pillar of Pilates excellence since 1995. It’s an honor to carry on its legacy, and I’m thrilled to bring this level of top-tier Pilates to my hometown with the Pilates Collective.

When I’m not fully immersed in Pilates, you’ll find me with family and friends, enjoying too much coffee, keeping up with my spirited toddler and sweet, funny second grader, or coaching Methacton Warriors Youth Cheerleading.
